ABOUT THE FACILITY

Castle Hill Farm is a 10 stall single aisle barn with 12x12 stalls. Stalls are equipped with auto-waterers, fans, and sizable hay nets. There are 2 wash bays with hot and cold water and over-head heaters, as well as 2 dry cross ties for tacking and washing convenience. There is a 350 sqft tack room that is heated and cooled with a bathroom. The tack room also is equipped with a washer and dryer for all horse laundry needs. There is an outdoor wash rack provided for haul-ins--also with hot and cold water.

The almost 30 acre property has 10 paddocks, all capable of holding 1-3 horses. In addition, there are 2 rehab paddocks available for horses with injury. Paddocks are equipped with auto-waterers, run-ins, and multiple gates for easy access. They are all provided with HayHuts for constant access to forage. Paddocks are seeded with both winter (Rye) and summer (Bermuda & Timothy) grasses for as close to year-round grazing as possible. Fields are seeded every season as needed as well as kept clean with GrazeOn.

Just outside the barn is a 25x85 (meters) arena footed with M10 and river sand. Many different stadium fences fill the arena. Jumps are hand-made and change weekly to provide constantly new exercises and courses. Around the arena are several dozen cross-country fences for lower-level schooling needs.
